Gift Exchanges: Send the items back and we will call you once they are received to process a gift exchange. (Please note this process may take 2-3 weeks due to shipping transit times)

Backordered Item: When you place a backorder item in your cart it is treated as a pre-ordered item. For instance we require payment upfront for the item in order to properly reserve the piece for you. Shipping is free on backordered items and you may cancel them at any time. We give an estimate of in house arrival for these items but it cannot be promised as these are estimates given from the manufacturer. Safe & Secure Shopping

All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of arrival at your shipping address and will receive a full refund less original shipping costs. Please note it can take 1-2 weeks to process a return, after this time your credit card company will have a standard processing time of this fee.  Items received after 15 days will be given a store credit less original shipping.
